Stylised conch shell in beaded rim // sword / kris in beaded rim. Cast in tin, 19mm, 4.20 grams. Cf. Zeno 339603.

A recently discovered type, cast in a concave shape, seems to be unpublished in all the standard references. Another example is listed on Zeno.

Tin coins with a similar sword (but with a lion on obverse) are known from the early coins from Sumatra (#334993). This type, with a conch shell/sword, was reportedly found in Sumatra, but it is not yet researched, and it is not known who and when cast it. Probably a local issue from post-Srivijaya but pre-Colonial period, when Sumatra was a part of the Majapahit Empire.
