Unusual brass piece - obverse strike for an Israeli State Medal from 1979. Probably a trial strike for the obverse die.

DAVID'S TOWER, Camp gate, the design is derived from the Crusaders' denier from the Kingdom of Jerusalem. Reverse is flat. 46mm, 19.87 grams. Mint state. Jerusalem International Numismatics Meeting 1979.
