Vasisha (ca.247-267 AD), Kanishka III (ca.268 AD) and Vasudeva II (ca.268-300 AD) were Kushan emperors ruling during the period of rapid decline of the Kushan power. Vasudeva II probably only was a local ruler in the area of Taxila, in western Punjab, under the suzerainty of the Gupta Empire.
