Bust left, crude legend (perhaps imitating "IVSTINIANVS"?) / Crude XOT XXO in wreath. 11mm, 0.86 grams. 

Probably a Vandalic issue, imitating a late 4th century or early 5th century bronze Roman issues. Very interesting, rare with bust left.
