Bust right, a few unreadable letters / Crude TOT/TVII/OXO in wreath. 10mm, 0.42 grams. 

Probably a Vandalic issue, imitating a late 4th century or early 5th century bronze Roman issues. Based on the VOT type nummi of the Theodosian family. Very interesting.
